Best customer service EVER!

I find that the major thing with any product that will make or break it for me is customer service.  My original order got a bit mixed up and when I contacted Equisoft I received a very fast reply and they worked with me to make the necessary corrections.   Absolutely the best customer service experience I've ever had with any company.  And it doesn't hurt that I'm helping the equine rescue SERRA in the process.
